An intense and fun workout that includes skipping, resistance bands, focus pads, heavy bag work, squats, lunges, core exercises and functional training.
Tempo is alternating periods of higher and lower levels of intensity to maximize overall conditioning and performance. Great way for individuals and teams to supplement on-ice training and foster team building.
